COMMON PROBLEMS.

Cannot Open Downloaded Files

Most items have been zipped using Winzip 12.1 which is the latest version as it does a better job in compressing bigger files. If you are still using the older version, do download or upgrade to the latest version at winzip.com. The evaluation copy is free.

I am sorry, but you MUST have winzip 12.1 to open the files.

All registered users of Winzip 12 gets the upgrade for free.

Problems with your download link. (Rarely)

Sometimes PayPal may be slow to load and the connection might be timed out before you can be sent to the download page. It is something beyond my control.

In cases like this, please furnish me with the PayPal receipt that you received from PayPal after your payment so I can backtrack the items you have purchased. I will send you a new download link or if the size of the item is not too large a file, I will email you the items directly to you.

Of course you are also welcome to contact me if you have any other enquiries or maybe request for some specific topics which you cannot find. I’ll try to dig into my chest to see if I have them.
