If you want to do business online, try to learn some basic html. There are so many free tutorials around and learning the basic is not difficult. This knowledge will come in handy when you want to build or edit the web pages for your web sites.
A lot of products comes bundled with the sales letter which you need to edit to put in your own links or images. Once you understand some html, you will have an easier time learning programs like Microsoft Front page or the free site builder programs like the very useful Kompozer.
Kompozer is based on the Netscape Composer of the olden days. These days we call it the Mozilla Composer. Many of us do even realize that there is such a free program, though lots of people who dabbles in web designing knows about Kompozer. There is another version called NUV which also works and acts the same way and I have seen it being given away as a bonus by some Internet Marketers though it could be easily downloaded for free.
This nifty web authoring software does about everything that MS Front Page can do and it does it just as well. It also is easy to learn and anyone who is used to using a word processor should have no problem finding their way.
